Effective 14 October 2026

Request deletion without signing in

This page is for users of Team Pilot, including Team Pilot Azotos on iOS and the Android app com.az.teampilot. The service contact is AZOTOS APP STUDIO PVT LTD.

Email info@azotos.in with the subject Team Pilot account and data deletion request. Include:

  • Your name and the email/employee identifier associated with the account.
  • Your organization’s name and workspace/deployment, if known.
  • Whether you want the account and associated personal data deleted, or only particular personal records.
  • A safe email address where we can reply if your work email is no longer accessible.

Do not include your password, OTP, full bank details or identity documents in the initial email. You can make the request directly to AZOTOS; an initial administrator approval is not required to contact us.

Email a deletion request

The button opens your email application; it does not send a message or delete data automatically. If you have no email application configured, compose the request in your email service using the address above or call +91 86676 52156 for assistance.

What happens next

Our support team will review the request and arrange proportionate identity verification promptly. For organization-managed or client-isolated records, we will coordinate with the responsible organization/operator and explain any applicable retention duty rather than silently reject the request.

The stated deletion process removes eligible account/personal data and associated backup copies within 7 days of receiving your request. If identity cannot be established, we will explain what is needed instead of disclosing or deleting another person’s records. We will explain what was deleted and any records that must lawfully remain.

Deletion requests are handled through support. Signing out, uninstalling the app, removing a profile image or disabling the account does not itself erase all server records.

Data removed and lawful retention exceptions

Eligible data can include the account/profile information, authentication/device tokens, user-linked attendance/location records, uploaded personal files and other personal records covered by the request, including their backup copies. The scope depends on the records held and your verified identity.

Specific records may need to remain for a statutory employment, payroll, tax/accounting, dispute or security obligation. Any retained personal information must have an identified lawful reason and an applicable retention period, both explained in the response. It must not continue to be used for unrelated purposes and must be deleted when that duty ends. Shared business records that contain no personal data are not automatically removed by deleting one user account.

ICT/security logs subject to applicable CERT-In directions have a rolling 180-day mandatory retention period in India; records covered by a lawful preservation order may need to remain longer. Employer payroll/tax records follow their specifically applicable statutory period, which must be identified when they are retained in response to your request.

Read the Privacy Policy’s retention section for the broader handling terms. This request page is not a replacement for any deletion control required in a native mobile app.
