Terms & Conditions

Terms for authorized use of Team Pilot and the AZOTOS APP STUDIO PVT LTD website, with customer agreements, privacy and statutory rights preserved.

Effective 14 October 2026

Scope and customer agreements

These Terms describe use of Team Pilot and this website provided for AZOTOS APP STUDIO PVT LTD (“AZOTOS”, “we”, “us”). Team Pilot includes the web service and official Android and iOS apps. These Terms apply when presented and accepted as part of access to or an agreement for the service. Merely viewing the public website does not place an order, create a paid subscription or constitute blanket consent to personal-data processing.

For an organization-managed deployment, the signed customer agreement or accepted order governs the purchased scope, support, charges and service commitments. A written data-processing agreement governs its subject matter. If there is a conflict, those specific agreements take precedence over this general website document, subject always to mandatory law. An employee using an assigned account does not, by that use alone, assume the organization’s payment obligations.

The App Policy explains acceptable use. The Privacy Policy explains information handling and is not a blanket waiver of privacy rights.

Accounts, eligibility and authority

A person entering a service contract must have legal capacity and authority to bind the customer organization. Authorized users must use an account provided or approved by that organization and comply with its lawful access arrangements. Team Pilot is intended for workplace use, not a child-directed service; any proposed use involving an individual under 18 requires prior resolution of the applicable authority, notice and consent requirements.

Keep your credentials private and your account information accurate. Notify your administrator and our support contact if you believe your account is compromised. The organization must keep access appropriate to users’ duties and employment/engagement status.

Service scope and access

Team Pilot provides modules for HR, attendance, payroll, projects, assets and CRM. Features, permissions, integrations and hosting arrangements depend on the agreed deployment and customer configuration. The public product illustration is not a live account, and marketing descriptions do not expand a signed scope of work.

Subject to the applicable agreement, authorized users may access the service for their organization’s legitimate business purposes. Do not bypass controls, impersonate others, interfere with the service or obtain records outside your authority. Official mobile stores and third-party services may impose separate terms for their own services; those terms do not replace AZOTOS’s responsibilities.

Customer and user responsibilities

The customer organization remains responsible for the accuracy of its employee, attendance, payroll, asset, client and other business records; lawful collection and disclosure; employee notices; required consents; and its employment, tax and financial decisions. It must provide lawful instructions for processing and use appropriate permissions and export safeguards.

Review calculations, reports and any agreed local AI assistance before relying on them for consequential decisions. The service is a management tool and does not itself provide legal, tax, investment or employment advice. Do not submit information you are not entitled to use or unnecessary sensitive records.

Customer-isolated deployments are available by agreement. The written arrangement must identify responsibilities for hosting, administration, backups, updates, support and deletion; the isolation option alone is not a promise that every integration operates without an external provider.

Ownership and permitted processing

AZOTOS and its licensors retain rights in the product software, branding and materials they provide, subject to any express written assignment or license. Customer data remains subject to the customer’s and relevant individuals’ rights. No transfer of ownership in customer records occurs merely by using the service.

The customer grants only the permissions necessary to host, process, display, transmit and support its content for the agreed service and lawful instructions. This is not a license to publish private records, sell personal data or train unrelated models on customer information. Do not copy, distribute, resell or exploit product materials beyond the applicable license or a right permitted by law.

Fees, billing, cancellation and refunds

Pricing, currency, taxes, payment dates, license duration, renewal, cancellation and any refund terms must be provided and agreed in the relevant proposal, order or customer agreement before a purchase. This website does not publish a universal price or create an automatic renewal merely because you sign in or download an app.

Cancellation of access and deletion of personal data are separate requests. A commercial agreement cannot remove a refund, cancellation or other remedy that mandatory law provides. No blanket “no refunds” rule is created by these Terms. If a purchase is made through a mobile store, its applicable billing process also applies.

Availability, support and product changes

Support channels and any service-level commitments are those agreed with the customer. We will provide the service with reasonable care, subject to that agreement and applicable law. Availability can be affected by maintenance, network/device issues, configured integrations and events outside reasonable control; these Terms do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Material changes affecting a purchased service must be handled under the customer agreement and applicable notice requirements. Do not rely solely on push notifications for an urgent record or deadline; review the status inside the service and use your organization’s appropriate escalation process.

Suspension, termination and records

Access may end under the customer agreement, an authorized organization instruction or a lawful requirement. A proportionate restriction may be imposed to address a serious security risk or misuse. Where lawful and practicable, the affected customer will receive a reason and an opportunity to seek review or remedy the issue before permanent termination; urgent protective action may require immediate restriction.

On exit, exports, handover and contractual retention are handled under the applicable agreement, without overriding individual rights or legal duties. Ending access does not automatically erase employment or financial records. Personal-data deletion requests follow the Account & data deletion process, including applicable statutory retention exceptions.

Responsibility, warranties and liability

Each party is responsible for its own obligations under the applicable agreement and law. Any agreed allocation or limit of liability applies only to the extent enforceable. These general Terms do not introduce an undisclosed monetary cap, unlimited user indemnity or blanket exclusion of all responsibility.

Nothing here excludes or limits a liability, warranty or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, or authorizes fraud or wilful misconduct. Mandatory consumer and statutory protections prevail over inconsistent wording. A customer’s responsibility for its decisions does not excuse a breach of AZOTOS’s own contractual or legal obligations.

Applicable law and disputes

Indian law governs these general Terms, subject to any mandatory rule that applies to the customer or user and the applicable written agreement. Contact the grievance officer first if you want assistance resolving a concern; doing so is not a mandatory waiver or bar to urgent or statutory relief.

Subject to mandatory jurisdiction and forum rules, competent courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu may hear disputes arising from these general Terms. This does not remove a person’s right to approach a competent consumer forum, regulator or other authority. No compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver is introduced by this website.

Updates and interpretation

Updates will be published with an effective date. Material contractual changes require the notice and acceptance mechanism applicable under the customer agreement and law; simply replacing the website text does not retrospectively rewrite a signed contract. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies only to the extent it can lawfully operate.

New projects, consulting engagements and custom features require their own agreed scope. This website is an introduction to the studio and product, not a guarantee that every proposed feature or delivery date has been accepted.
